The multi-year agreement will see Wycombe Wanderers integrate Sportable’s FIFA-accredited LPS tracking and Connected Ball technology into its training environment.
Wycombe Wanderers Football Club is pleased to confirm its selection of Sportable’s full training ground solution for first-team use, integrating live player and Connected Ball technology to support enhanced performance analysis, player development, and tactical execution.

Sportable's local positioning system (LPS), recently FIFA EPTS accredited, delivers real-time, high-fidelity tracking and analytics across every movement and event on the field. By linking precise positional data with technical actions, the platform moves beyond isolated physical metrics to provide fully contextualised performance insights - not just what the player did, but why they did it within the flow of the session.
This unlocks objective, event-linked outputs for coaches, analysts, and performance staff, enhancing tactical decision making, individual development, and more robust return to play modelling with a level of depth previously only available in top-tier match environments.
“We are excited to partner with Sportable,” said Tom Stockwell, Director of Football Strategy & Data Intelligence. “The Sportable technology gives us a deeper understanding of player performance and enables us to tailor training programmes more effectively. Fully integrating Connected Ball technology into our training environment marks an important step in our continued commitment to innovation and high-performance football.”

“Wycombe Wanderers is a strong example of how professional clubs are embracing technology to drive performance and development,” said Simon Cuff, SVP of Football, Sportable. “This partnership represents another step in the continued growth of our business, and we’re confident that our player wearables and Connected Ball technology can add real value to Wycombe’s performance environment. Our vision is to make Connected Ball technology part of the fabric of the sport at every level.”
Sportable’s technology is already used by professional teams and leagues around the world to enhance player development, improve coaching processes, and unlock measurable performance gains. At Wycombe Wanderers, the integration will support both training-ground analysis and ongoing performance tracking, ensuring the club can harness data as a core component of its high-performance strategy.
