Your 2025 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year

by ryan on November 25, 2009

I’m thankful for a lot of things this holiday season. Aside from the typical ones like family, friends and a roof over my head, I’m also thankful for YouTube. Were it not for YouTube, we’d never be exposed to these hilarious videos. I plan on watching all three games tomorrow and I don’t think I’ll see a harder pair of hits than the ones in this video. Get in line, Urban Meyer. This 6-year-old is a BEAST.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Be sure to check our Twitter for my picks in tomorrow’s games.

I saw these last week–I think it's pathetic that the parents/coaches seem to be glorifying the kids for laying hits like the one on the kid just standing there–that's Warren Sapp hitting Chad Clifton–within the rules, but still cheap.

Worse yet, I think it's a travesty that the coaches aren't teaching the kids to tackle, but just hit–that's part of why the fundamentals are so poor in the NFL today, I suspect. Everyone wants to be on Sports Center for laying down hits–can't wait until that kid faces a bigger kid who shrugs off the hit and leaves the kid eating dirt…

Did you notice that it was the same player doing the -hitting- No. 36 (Sevilla).
