Standings
Ryan 109-101-7
Kevin 104-106-7
Rich 104-106-7
Sonny: 103-99-6*
*Sonny did not submit picks for the early games in week 15.
Ryan: Browns -3 over Bengals. I have to pick somebody. And considering the Bengals haven’t covered a road spread since week five, I’m inclined to take the Browns here. But really, who gives a damn about this game? Not I.
Kevin: Browns -3 over Bengals.
S: Bengals +3 over Browns.
Rich: Bengals +3 over Browns.
Ry: Saints -7 over Lions. I refuse to pick the Lions, it’s that simple. The Saints are fully capable of getting dismantled defensively and keeping this one close into the 4th quarter. But I think Drew Brees will have the last laugh. Lions go 0-15 and will sit just one game away from history.
K: Saints -7 over Lions.
S: Lions +7 over Saints.
Ri: Saints -7 over Lions.
Ry: Dolphins -3.5 over Chiefs. A spread that seems too good to be true, but the Chiefs have been one of the best teams in the league at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. The Dolphins are playing for something, so I don’t imagine them coming out flat.
K: Dolphins -3.5 over Chiefs.
S: Chiefs +3.5 over Dolphins.
Ri: Dolphins -3.5 over Chiefs.
Ry: Patriots -9 over Cardinals. The Cardinals need to prove they can hang with a legitimate team. They sure as hell didn’t do it last week in getting beat down by the Vikings. I’d expect more from a division champ. The Pats appear to be coming together under Matt Cassel, so I can’t see them slipping up here.
K: Patriots -9 over Cardinals.
S: Pats -9 over Cardinals.
Ri: Patriots -9 over Cardinals.
K: Niners -4.5 over Rams. The Niners really seem to be playing tough with new head coach Mike Singletary, the Rams aren’t playing so tough.
Ry: Niners -4.5 over Rams.
S: Niners -4.5 over Rams.
Ri: Rams +4.5 over Niners
K: Steelers -1 over Titans. The Steelers are playing some good football, and I’m still not quite convinced how solid this Titans team is, especially with Vanden Bosch and Albert Haynesworth out.
Ry: Steelers -1 over Titans.
S: Steelers -1 over Titans.
Ri: Steelers -1 over Titans.
K: Chargers +3.5 over Bucs. This is a must win game for the Chargers, and though the Bucs are tough at home, I think the Chargers can win.
Ry: Chargers +3.5 over Bucs.
S: Chargers +3.5 over Bucs.
Ri: Bucs -3.5 over Chargers.
K: Bills +6 over Broncos. Let’s be honest, the Bills gave away that game last week, and the Broncos haven’t looked to great lately. I’ll take the points.
Ry: Bills +6 over Donks.
S: Bills +6 over Broncos.
Ri: Bills +6 over Donks.
S: Texans -7 over Raiders. If Andre Johnson has a 100 yards receiving this week the Texans will win easily. He had around 200 yards against a solid Titans defense last week. This week he gets the Raiders.
Ry: Texans -7 over Raiders.
K: Texans -7 over Raiders.
Ri: Texans -7 over Raiders.
S: Jets -3.5 over Seahawks. Brett Favre and the Jets are 0-3 on the West Ciast this year. Will they make it 0-4? Nah.
Ry: Seahawks +3.5 over Jets.
K: Seahawks +3.5 over Jets.
Ri: Jets -3.5 over Seahawks.
S: Eagles -4.5 Redskins. See this is what’s going to happen: Eagles win big this week, crush Dallas next week at home and stroll into the playoffs.
Ry: Eagles -4.5 over Redskins.
K: Eagles -4.5 over Redskins.
Ri: Redskins +4.5 over Eagles.
Ri: Falcons +3.5 over Vikings. Things have changed with the Minnesota Vikings since their dominant win last Sunday over the Cardinals. Adrian Peterson is a little banged up, Pat Williams is out, and Tavaris Jackson is overdue to live up to his reputation of being a horrible quarterback.
Ry: Falcons +3.5 over Vikings.
K: Falcons +3.5 over Vikings.
S: Vikings -3.5 over Falcons.
Ri: Giants -3.5 over Panthers. Brandon Jacobs being in the lineup will make a huge difference for this Giants team. I also can’t see the Giants losing three straight. Jake Delhomme is a liability, it’s only a matter of time before that catches up to this team.
Ry: Panthers +3.5 over Giants.
K: Panthers +3.5 over Giants.
S: Panthers +3.5 over G-Men.
Ri: Bears -4 over Packers. The Packers are a disaster. The Bears, meanwhile, aren’t out of it yet. Green Bay should be looking ahead to its’ week 17 matchup against Detroit anyways. That’s the one that counts.
Ry: Bears -4 over Packers.
K: Packers +4 over Bears.
S: Bears -4 over Packers.
