Hanley Ramirez. I'll never forget that name. I'm a diehard Red Sox fan and couldn't believe when we traded him. Yes, we got Beckett and Lowell, I know. But Ramirez is a special player. The Red Sox have never appreciated guys with speed for middle infielders. Garciaparra had some speed, but he was an exception. The team usually goes for solid players like Pedroia and now Jed Lowrie. Lowrie's range is somewhat limited. I would have loved to have seen Ramirez in a Red Sox uniform for the next decade or so. Yes, yes. Hanley Ramirez. I’ll never forget that name.
