		<description>Just wait for his contract to run out.  The Marlins won&#039;t be able to afford the salary he will command.  I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if this wasn&#039;t part of John Henry&#039;s plan all along...deal Ramirez to the Marlins knowing damn well that he&#039;ll be back on the free agent market in a few seasons.  The Red Sox will pay him money that Florida didn&#039;t even know existed</description>

I&#039;m a diehard Red Sox fan and couldn&#039;t believe when we traded him.  Yes, we got Beckett and Lowell, I know.  But Ramirez is a special player.  The Red Sox have never appreciated guys with speed for middle infielders. Garciaparra had some speed, but he was an exception.  The team usually goes for solid players like Pedroia and now Jed Lowrie.  Lowrie&#039;s range is somewhat limited.

I would have loved to have seen Ramirez in a Red Sox uniform for the next decade or so.</description>
